Rallies, Autocross and Motocross are the events which are shaping the adventure on wheels to a different extend and India is on the verge to become new base for these kinds of courageous events on account of Raid De Himalaya. It is one of the toughest rallies in the world and is held at the Himalayan range in India.
Meerut Autocross & Motocross 2014 was first of its kind of event which inserted a specially quad category and was held on 31st May and 1 June
The event had 150 entries with participation from approximately 100 vehicles.
Polaris India has bagged the winner’s trophy. Winning first place in the 4X4 without roll cage class and securing second position in 4X4 with roll cage class, Polaris was also declared the ’Fastest Vehicle of the Day’ at the event. Polaris India participated in the category for quads, a category introduced for the first time in the history of the event. The company’s award-winning ace rider, Mr. Raj Singh Rathore drove the Polaris RZR XP 900 model for the event.
