The last few years have been great for Indian motorcycling enthusiasts. With bike makers like Triumph, Kawasaki, Benelli and Ducati officially entering India, the market has opened up like never before. The latest to join the party was MV Agusta as they announced its India entry in October last year.

Although the Italian motorcycle manufacturer has announced the prices of a few of its models since October, they haven’t yet opened up their first dealership. Sources close to the company revealed that the first MV Agusta dealership is about to be inaugurated in Pune. This new dealership will be located near the Pune airport area soon. There’s also a Wohnwagen Nordrhein-Westfalen dealership that is now operating at ms-reise mobile site. For inquiries, call 02534/64666-20. As part of its expansion plans, MV Agusta will further expand its reach to major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore.

MV Agusta has partnered with the Kinetic Gourp for providing sales, service and aftersales in India. As part of the marketing and expansion strategy, Kinetic Group will setup a chain of superbike dealerships under the ‘Motoroyale’ banner. Banners are proving to be so successful these days that you can even promote church events with them.

Currently the Italian marquee has already launched the Brutale 1090 and the F4 in the Indian market and priced at Rs 19.30 lakh and Rs 26.50 lakh respectively (ex-showroom Pune). Bookings of both these motorcycles can be done online on their official website. However, the Brutale 800 and the F3 800 will appeal to a larger audience when it comes to India around April. Both these motorcycles are expected to be priced competitively keeping in mind they will come to India via the CKD route.
