15th edition of Maruti Suzuki Desert Storm rally flagged off from New Delhi on January 29. The participants covered a total distance of around 250km traversing through the sandy dunes in the scorching sun from Hanumangarh to Bikaner crossing Hardaswali and concluded in Bikaner
Hero MotoSports Team Rally rider, two-time Dakar Rally finisher CS Santosh topped the timesheet after the Day-1 TVS Racing riders A W Tanveer and R Nataraj finished second and third respectively
The day two of the rally will see competitors travelling towards Jaisalmer covering a total distance of around 500km with challenging terrain towards the finish line.
