Let’s Gear Up for the 20th Edition of MRF MoGrip FMSCI National Supercross Championship 2019

India is getting ready for the much awaited MRF MoGrip FMSCI National Supercross Championship 2019.

The 20th edition of this Championship is organized by GODSPEED Racing, Pune, spearheaded by the seven times National Motorsports Champion Mr. Shyam Kothari and he owns the rights of organizing this Supercross Championship for the past eight years.

The 2019 championship competition has six rounds and the maiden round will be kicking off at Coimbatore on 26th May,followed by Round Two at Bengaluru on 2nd June, Round Three at Baroda on 13th October, Round Four at Indore on 28th October, Round Five at Nashik on 28th November, and the Round Six, which will also be the Finale of this event will be held at Goa on 1st December.

This event is organized under the supervision and regulations of Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) is the supreme authority to regulate the motor sports events organized by various clubs in India.

More than hundred motocross riders from all over the country are expected to participate in this event in different classes. Previous year has seen few international professional FMX riders like Callum Shaw from New Zealand and Shaun Webb from the United States of America. This year we have to wait and watch, alongside our India riders, if there will be any international personalities attending this championship.

The maiden event is a two-day affair;held on 25th and 26th of May 2019, at the ground opposite to Jenney’s Residency, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore.

25th May, Saturday, will be used for rider’s registration, bike scrutiny and practice. On Sunday, 26th May, the race will kick-off at 10 AM.
