CS Santosh from Bangalore who is a multiple national supercross and dirt track champion has now set his sights on the World Cross Country Rally Championship which starts in Abu Dhabi on the 4th of April and then to the second round in Qatar on the 21st of April. With his recent victory at the 14th Raid De Himalaya Santosh will be looking to break inside the top 20 in his first ever outing at the World Cross Country Rally Championship.
Santosh is now all set to take on the ultimate adventure, the road to Dakar. He intends to for the next 2 years be actively riding the World Cross Country Rally Championship and gather enough good finishes to take on the Dakar rally in the year 2015. Considering his achievements in the recent past, it would be hard to bet against him as he takes on the rest of the world flying the Indian flag.
