Maruti Suzuki Dakshin Dare Rally is one of the toughest cross country rallies of south India. Everyday riders get new terrains full of challenges. 8th edition of Maruti Suzuki Dakshin Dare Rally 2016 to be started on July 31 from Bengaluru with a record-breaking participation of 110 teams, and concluded in Goa on August 6

In the absent of Aravind KP, last year champion of Maruti Suzuki Dakshin Dare Rally 2015 Abdul Wahid Tanveer from TVS Racing take comfortable lead in this year Maruti Suzuki Dakshin Dare Rally at the beginning stages

After completing the Shimoga, Along with the three stages an additional 3 km, special stage was run in Hosadurga current rally leader

Abdul Wahid Tanveer retired from rally in Leg 3 and Nataraj took over the lead of the rally with Sanjay Kumar in second, 14 minutes away from Nataraj

In Leg 4 Nataraj extended his position to 41 minutes over Febin Jose also from TVS, who climbed up to second place after Sanjay Kumar retired from the rally.

At last, rally ended with dominating victory of R Nataraj in the Ultimate Bikes category of Maruti Suzuki Dakshin Dare Rally 2016

Febin Jose from TVS Racing and Akash Aithal completed the rally second and third respectively. Eshank Rudrappa  and Vishwas S D completed the top five, among the 18 riders who completed the rally.
