This applies to the 2 classes wherein the results are being corrected by the Organizers and Stewards and announced.

3) If there are no protests, and if Point 1 is complied with, the organizers can go ahead with the Prize Giving for all the classes that were run.

4) If there is any protest, then the Prize giving can go ahead minus the class that there is a protest on as those results will need to be withehld till such time the stewards dispense with the same.

The protest will have to be taken up by the Stewards and their decision conveyed. If the Stewards rule against the protest, they will also have to mention to the competitor their rights to appeal.

5) If all the above are complied with and confirmed by the Organizer to the FMSCI, the Organizer may then go ahead with the Prize Giving
