Santosh who finished 13Th in the first stage of Dakar 2018 and is hoping for a better finish in stage 3
Santosh Says “The desert here in Peru is totally different from anything i have ever raced. It’s a tough one but i think i’m having my best Dakar Rally so far! The sand was really soft and some of the dunes were really massive. I started really slow but then gained a good rhythm. I had fun today and really happy to make it to the end of day 2”
Aravind Says “Happy to have completed a difficult Stage 2 incident free, navigation was a challenge but feeling more confident going into Stage 3. Really sad about Adrien’s injury, he’s one of our finest and will be acutely missed over the course of this journey. But I am confident he will bounce back stronger ”
Santosh, who is riding in his fourth Dakar, is representing Hero MotoSports this time and Aravind is riding for Sherco TVS Factory Rally Team
