India Baja Rally 2017 will see the participation of Aravind KP who is back after his Dakar injury and be riding with him will be Abdul Wahid Tanveer and R Nataraj. The 2017 iteration of the India Baja rally is scheduled from April 7 to 9.
India Baja Rally 2017 is coming to India with “Dakar Challenge” label. This means the rally-raid will be considered as one of the qualifying rounds for Dakar 2018.
The India Baja will bring off-road racing’s famous name, the Dakar, to India, by giving a chance, to an Indian contestant, to compete in the 2017 Merzouga Rally as well as the 40th edition of the Dakar 2018.
