A dominating performance from French rider Adrien Metge saw TVS Racing win the 2019 edition of Desert Storm which was held in Rajasthan from 7-11 May.
While Hero Motosports’ CS Santosh takes scond place, Abdul Wahid Tanveer finished 17 minutes behind Santosh, finishing third.
TVS Racing’s, R Nataraj came in fourth while privateer Vishwas SD finished fifth.
Aishwarya Pissay from TVS Racing completed the rally in sixteenth position.
The final stage held on Saturday had participants battling it out across 220kms in the dunes of Jaisalmer.
With the city witnessing overnight rain followed by morning dust and ever soaring temperatures, the final leg ensured to test the riders and their machines to the limit.
