The Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) has announced that all 2 wheelers which homologation were to expire in 2009 has been revalidated till 31st Dec 2010. There has been many a request from various competitors and organizers to extend the validity of homologation of 2 stroke bikes and many old model bikes whose homologation were to expire in 2009. Finally, the FMSCI had announced that the homologation has been extended till 31st Dec 2010. With no manufacturer showing interest in homologating their new bikes, the FMSCI also had no option except to extend the homologation of these bikes.
